The Athabasca Archives houses a number of audio taped interviews with locals who lived at Athabasca Landing at the turn of the century. Some of these recordings are available on reel to reel or audio cassette. The sound clips on the "Historical Athabasca Landing: 1880 - 1914" web site were taken from interviews recorded in the 1960s and 1970s. They have been recorded in Real Audio format, therefore you must have Real Audio installed on your computer to listen to them.
